Learn how to transform your goals into complete AI workflows in seconds using Promptsy's Goal-to-Bundle Generator powered by GPT-4.

What Is the Bundle Generator?

The Goal-to-Bundle Generator is Promptsy's most powerful feature. Instead of manually creating each prompt in a workflow, you simply describe what you want to achieve, and our AI (powered by GPT-4o) generates a complete bundle of 4-10 interconnected prompts ready to use.

Think of it as having an AI prompt engineer on your team, available 24/7 to design professional workflows tailored to your specific goals.

Step-by-Step Tutorial

Step 1: Access the Generator

From your Promptsy dashboard, click the "New Bundle" button in the top bar. This opens the Bundle Generator wizard with a clean text area ready for your goal.

Step 2: Describe Your Goal

In the text area, describe what you want to achieve in plain language. Be specific but don't worry about perfect wording - the AI is smart enough to understand your intent.

Example goals:

  • "Create a content marketing workflow that researches competitors, generates blog topics, writes outlines, and produces SEO-optimized articles"
  • "Build a customer feedback analysis system that categorizes responses, identifies pain points, suggests improvements, and generates executive summaries"
  • "Design a code review process that checks for bugs, suggests optimizations, writes tests, and generates documentation"

Step 3: Generate Your Bundle

Click the "Generate" button in the sticky footer. Within 3-5 seconds, the AI analyzes your goal and creates a draft bundle with:

  • 4-10 prompts organized in a logical sequence
  • Descriptive labels for each step
  • Variable chaining configured between steps
  • Execution settings (manual or auto-play)

Step 4: Review and Edit

The Bundle Preview Modal appears showing your draft workflow. Each step is editable:

  • Click the edit icon next to any prompt to modify it
  • Reorder steps by dragging them
  • Add or remove steps as needed
  • Adjust variable chaining between steps

Not satisfied? Click "Regenerate" to get a completely new bundle based on your original goal.

Step 5: Save to Library

Once you're happy with your bundle, click "Save to Library". Your workflow is now available in your workspace library, ready to run or share with your team.

Real-World Example

Let's say you want to create a market research workflow. Here's what you might get:

Goal: "Analyze a competitor's product and create a strategic report"

Generated Bundle (6 steps):

1. Company Overview
   Extract key information about the competitor

2. Product Analysis
   Analyze features, pricing, and positioning
   Input: {{step1.output}}

3. Market Position
   Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats
   Input: {{step2.output}}

4. Customer Sentiment
   Research customer reviews and feedback
   Input: {{step2.output}}

5. Competitive Gaps
   Identify opportunities we can exploit
   Input: {{step3.output}}, {{step4.output}}

6. Strategic Recommendations
   Generate actionable recommendations
   Input: {{step5.output}}

Pro Tips

  • Be specific about your domain: Mention your industry, target audience, or specific requirements for better results
  • Specify output formats: If you need JSON, markdown, or specific structures, mention it in your goal
  • Include constraints: Mention word limits, tone requirements, or any other constraints upfront
  • Test and iterate: Run the bundle once, then use the optimizer to refine individual prompts based on results
